Join Us as a Volunteer
We welcome new volunteers of all backgrounds—no specific experience or education required. Everyone brings unique skills, and we see it as a privilege to collaborate with such diversity. The more perspectives we share, the more we all learn and grow.

How We Work
Our Board meets primarily in person, often over shared meals, because we believe face-to-face conversation builds the relationships and understanding at the heart of Restorative Justice. Online meetings are held when needed. New members also receive a Board Manual to help guide their participation.

Membership Options
In addition to voting Board Members, we welcome Associate Members who are encouraged to join in all aspects of our work, though without voting rights.
