Wendi has worked with HSBC’s Social Innovation Academy (now Propel Impact), consulting for a non-profit that taught neurodiverse children how to code and guided social venture capitalists toward impactful investments such as vertical farming.

She later joined Deloitte Digital, where she focused on building systems to more effectively distribute $4.5B in public funds for zero-waste electric initiatives and over $500M to support marginalized public artists.

Wendi is dedicated to building a more equitable and just environment for all. Having grown up across diverse socio-economic settings, she is driven to create balance and ensure equal opportunities for every community.

In the past she co-launched a letter writing campaign, later cited by Western University when a $13.5M grant was announced to offset graduate tuition during a period of unprecedented tuition inflation during the arrival of the pandemic.
